BILLING
- Monthly bill should be paid by the fifth of every month by A/c payee Cheque/Draft in favour of M/s. Power security services and housekeeping, failure to pay within 45 days, interest at the prevailing bank rates will be charged.
- Bills in part or full should not be trenched without our prior consent.
- No Monetary Advance or concession which requires reimbursement by us should be made to our staff. We do not accept any responsibility for any financial transaction dealing with our staff without any knowledge or prior approval.
- All payments against our bills are to be made at Visakhapatnam or in case of outstation the same should be paid by Demand Draft at your cost.
- We need a minimum of 1 week time to take over any unit from the date of your confirmation.
- We will revert back to you for a review of security arrangements after two weeks from the date of installation.
- The management is advised not to deal with lower ranking officers or guards for any information which may lead to indiscipline attitude among them. The management should ensure to avoid familiarity of their staff with security department.
- The management may pleasure ensure that their staff deal with security staff in a cordial manner instead of harassing them. We welcome healthy criticism and we would also appreciate if corrective actions are taken by the management of their side also.
- The department is only to cross-check the security aspect of the premises. Hence to certain extent, security measure should be taken at the production department itself such as pinning the responsibility to the supervisor, workers and store keeper etc., which will ease the management of the security problems.
- The Security staff under any circumstances should not be used for any other duties than the security functions. If allowed, this may lead to their indiscipline attitude.
- The management staff are advised strictly not to have any financial transactions with the security staff and to report to our office.
The rate mentioned below are inclusive of our administrative expenses and the employer's contribution towards Government statutory.
